By using this website or becoming a PrimeStrengthCo member, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Membership
Membership tiers, pricing, and included services are described on our Membership page and confirmed at sign-up. Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected at enrollment.
Cancellations and Pauses
Members may pause or cancel their membership with notice as communicated at enrollment. Contact our team to initiate a pause or cancellation.
Assumption of Risk
Physical training carries inherent risk. Members are responsible for informing coaches of any relevant health conditions and for training within their own physical limits.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
PrimeStrengthCo does not guarantee specific fitness, performance, or health outcomes. Individual results vary based on many factors outside our control.
Facility Conduct
Members and guests are expected to follow studio guidelines and staff instructions to maintain a safe training environment for everyone.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and the PrimeStrengthCo brand mark, is owned by PrimeStrengthCo unless otherwise credited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PrimeStrengthCo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or this website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
